Viewing a property during COVID19

  1. If you have been abroad within the previous 14 days please rearrange the viewing for a later date.
  2. If you have experienced any Covid-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone with Covid-19 please self-isolate and rearrange viewing for a later date.
  3. We must have contact details prior to all viewings.
  4. Everyone must wear a face mask.
  5. No hand shaking.
  6. Please sanitise hands and arrival and again on departure.
  7. Only 2 persons allowed with the Agent on viewings, maintaining 2M social distance at all time.
  8. Unfortunately, children are not allowed on viewings.
  9. We encourage our viewers to save their questions until after the inspection outside or by phone at a later date.
